All prices shown are in United States dollars (USD) for customers outside New Zealand, or New Zealand dollars (NZD) for customers within New Zealand. Prices exclude freight.

Freight
Freight is calculated according to the product and destination and will be shown separately at the check out.

Waverunna attempts to be as accurate as possible but does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Payment systems
Waverunna uses the internationally recognised PayPal™ secure payment system; your payment goes to PayPal who forward it to us:

Alternative payment methods
If you prefer not to use PayPal then please contact us and we will find another way; our aim is to supply you with the best hiking pants and in a manner that you are entirely comfortable with.

Returns and Exchanges
Waverunna does not supply orders from “stock”; we make to order.
We are therefore not able to accept returns or exchanges for different sizes or colours, so please check our standard size charts carefully and if you are sending measurements for made-to-measure please follow the instructions. (If you are unsure about your size then use the form provided and we will happily recommend the best option).
Waverunna products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials for six months, excluding normal wear and tear.

Under 18s
Waverunna does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell under 18s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Waverunna only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
